Introducing Condor Elite
As its name suggests, Condor Elite gear was designed to be elite, for our country’s elite. This premium line of tactical gear was first announced by its parent brand Condor at SHOT Show 2015, and the highly anticipated line just hit our site.
The initial launch includes five bag styles and two different tactical flashlight models, all made in the USA with American-made materials. What sets it apart from other Condor gear, and other gear in general, is that this branch takes expensive, high-quality materials and brings them to market at an unbeatable price.
While the tactical lights in this line are handy, what’s truly impressive is this first round of bags. Technologies we’ve never seen before from Condor are incorporated into each pack. Not only is every bag built from Mil-Spec Invista Cordura nylon, but different models boast their own innovative features.
Some styles have bottoms outfitted with synthetic “rhino skin” foundations. Similar to the thick skin of a rhinoceros, this elastomer is durable, tough and sure to hold up. To the touch it feels rubberized and grippy. It also repels water, soil, stains and chemical agents.
All Condor Elite backpacks and sling bags use Condor’s new proprietary AirFlow system to keep you cool while you carry. Deep-ridged mesh panels located on the back and straps really increase the flow of cool air for a fit you can wear comfortably for hours.
All bags feature MOLLE, with the exception of the Agent Covert Sling Bag. Instead, this one-shoulder bag has an exterior covered in laser-cut hypalon. Typically, this material is used on the boats of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard to prevent puncture and abrasions, but Condor Elite uses it as a strong, lightweight webbing alternative.
Our favorite new Condor Elite release has to be the ultra-aggressive Titan Assault Pack. It takes configuration cues from mountaineering packs but is adapted for urban requirements. This massive pack features the rhino skin foundation, AirFlow system and boasts a 40 liter capacity.
